Combine my love for Disney and European architecture, and what do I get? The enchanting vision of Neuschwanstein Castle. When I first saw a picture of this beautiful structure, I knew I had to create an artwork. Commissioned by King Ludwig II of Bavaria, this castle rests on the outskirts of Germany, where the story of Sleeping Beauty is set. The castle itself looks like it is home to a Disney Princess, and in fact, it helped inspire the architecture for Cinderella's well-known castle.
